Product Description
During packaging, storage and transport, polyamide/spandex fabrics can yellow or discolour because phenolic antioxidants (BHT) in the packaging material react with nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the air. Anti-phenolic Yellowing Agent APY effectively prevents yellowing caused by contact with phenolic substances.
Performance & Benefits
- Anti-phenolic Yellowing Agent APY is used on polyamide or polyamide elastic fabrics during packaging to prevent yellowing caused by contact with the antioxidant BHT. It has little effect on fabric colour and does not affect light fastness.
