Product Description
Antibacterial Anti-mould Agent AB-Z is used in the antibacterial finishing of fabrics made from various fibres. After treatment the fabric shows excellent antibacterial performance, particularly against Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria, yeasts, microfungi and moulds.

- Antibacterial Anti-mould Agent AB-Z is suitable for cellulosic fibres, synthetic fibres and blends. Treated products show an excellent broad-spectrum antibacterial effect and good inhibition of bacteria and fungi.
Application & Dosage
Preparation of the working bath
1) Add the full amount of water required.
2) Add the penetrant and stir.
3) Add the other additives while stirring.
4) Before dispensing Antibacterial Anti-mould Agent AB-Z, stir the concentrate briefly and then weigh it out.
5) Add the full amount of AB-Z concentrate while stirring.
6) Continue stirring until the whole bath is uniformly dispersed, then filter through filter cloth.
7) Use the prepared bath within one day to avoid uniformity and stability problems.
8) Exhaustion application: the dosage of AB-Z depends on fabric type, application process and wash fastness requirements.
9) Polyester (one-bath with dyeing) 0.3-1%.
10) Acrylic (after-treatment) 0.3-1%.
11) Nylon (one-bath with dyeing) 0.3-1%.
12) Wool (after-treatment) 0.3-1%.
13) Recommended liquor ratio for bath preparation: below 1:10.

Packed in 25 kg blue PE drums; seal and store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 6 months.
