Product Description
Acid Printing Fixing Agent PFA is a fixing agent for the after-treatment of polyamide fabrics printed with acid dyes. It not only effectively prevents staining of white grounds but also substantially improves the fabric's washing, water-spotting, perspiration and water-soaking colour fastness. It has little effect on fabric handle or hydrophilicity.
Acid Printing Fixing Agent PFA is particularly suitable for polyamide fabrics printed with acid dye inkjet printing; after treatment it does not affect the brightness of the fabric and fully preserves the definition of the printed outline.

- Acid Printing Fixing Agent PFA is an anti-white-ground-staining acidic fixing agent. It is used in the fixing after-treatment of acid-printed polyamide fabrics and substantially improves washing, water-spotting, perspiration and other colour fastness.
Application & Dosage
Dilute Acid Printing Fixing Agent PFA with room-temperature water and add it to the working bath after acidification. Avoid contact with concentrated acid.
Fixing treatment: PFA at 1.5-3%.

For the after-treatment, adjust the pH to 4.0-4.5 with acetic acid, then raise the temperature at 3℃/min to 70℃ and treat for 20 minutes.
Packaging & Storage
Packed in 125 kg blue PE drums or white PE IBC totes; seal and store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 6 months.
