Product Description
Red-shade Deepening Agent RI is a deepening silicone emulsion. It is suitable for red-shade deepening of black and dark fabrics such as sulphur black and reactive black. It can reduce dyestuff consumption and also break through the depth limits of dyeing. The product is a fully emulsified milky white emulsion that does not separate or form sediment on standing, and has good resistance to acid, alkali and salt. It effectively reduces the occurrence of silicone spots.
Performance & Benefits
- A small dosage gives a marked deepening effect. Unlike the "semi-stable" state of conventional deepening silicones, Red-shade Deepening Agent RI is a fully emulsified emulsion with a red cast, with good salt and alkali resistance. It can stand for at least 6 months without separating or forming sediment, and gives a soft, smooth handle.
Application & Dosage
1) Padding: recommended dosage 20-80 g/L; the dosage may be increased further in special cases.
2) Exhaustion: 2-6% (o.w.f.); use the minimum liquor ratio that fully wets the fabric.
3) Because of the particular nature of deepening silicones, always run a lab trial before compounding with other auxiliaries.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep the inner bag tied tightly with air expelled, to prevent surface skinning caused by moisture loss.
