Performance & Benefits
- YD-500 addresses the staining of pocket bags during the washing of high-elastic garment fabrics. It gives highly effective anti-back-staining and anti-staining performance without damaging the spandex elasticity of the fabric. Added during desizing/enzyme washing, the product rapidly penetrates the fabric and forms a protective layer, so that the white pocket bags or trims on denim garments are highly effectively isolated from back-staining dye.
Application & Dosage
1) Add Anti-elasticity-loss Anti-dyeing Powder YD-500 during washing/desizing or enzyme washing together with the relevant other operations; a water temperature of 0-40℃ gives the best results.
2) Recommended dosage: 0.5-1 g/L (product/water).
Packaging & Storage
Packed in 25 kg paper bags or 50 kg fiber drums; seal and store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 12 months.
