Product Description
Low-temperature Scouring Agent LTB-80 is a special energy-saving auxiliary for the pre-treatment scouring of pure cotton knitted fabric and cotton cheese yarn at 80-85℃. Compared with conventional 100℃ pre-treatment, LTB-80 lowers the scouring temperature and so saves energy. The whiteness, hydrophilicity and capillary effect of fabric and yarn pre-treated at low temperature are comparable to those achieved with conventional 100℃ pre-treatment.
Performance & Benefits
- Low-temperature Scouring Agent LTB-80 contains a special hydrogen-peroxide activator that lowers the scouring temperature in cotton knit pre-treatment to 80℃, reducing steam consumption. LTB-80 also offers excellent penetration, strong soil removal and good alkali resistance. It is free of APEO, NPEO and other restricted substances.
Application & Dosage
LTB-80 at 1-2 g/L (adjust according to the fabric).
Hydrogen peroxide (50%) at 3.0-6.0 g/L.
Caustic soda at 0.5-1.0 g/L.
Process: treat at 80-85℃ for 30-45 minutes, then rinse, neutralise and deoxygenate.
Packaging & Storage
Packed in 125 kg blue PE drums or white PE IBC totes; seal and store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 6 months.
