Product Description
V8 Blue-denim Fixing Agent is a new-generation cationic polymer. It is free of formaldehyde and APEO and meets international environmental standards. After application, the wash fastness of the fabric reaches 3.5-4.0 when submitted for testing. V8 has stable performance and works well on both blue and black garment fabrics.

- Packaging and storage
- V8 Blue-denim Fixing Agent is suitable for treating garments and fabrics that bleed easily after dyeing with direct, reactive, sulphur black or indigo dyes. Various garments and fabrics treated with V8 have very good alkali and mercerising fastness and water-soaking fastness, and also improved soaping fastness. On dyed cotton fabric, V8 does not affect light fastness or shade and keeps the fabric bright.
Application & Dosage
1) Exhaustion: add V8, temperature 40-50℃, no acid, run the machine for 5 minutes, then soak for 10 minutes.
For demanding applications, repeat the treatment once, then carry out the handle finishing.
Recommended dosage: 2-5% (o.w.f.).
