Product Description
Polyester/Cotton One-bath Soaping Agent TCS is an energy-saving auxiliary. Used in the soaping of dyed polyester/cotton fabric, it combines polyester and cotton soaping into a single step, effectively reducing the number of soaping cycles as well as water, steam and time consumption. The colour fastness of TCS-treated fabric is comparable to that of the conventional process.
Performance & Benefits
- Polyester/Cotton One-bath Soaping Agent TCS allows cotton dyeing to follow disperse dyeing of the polyester without an intermediate reduction clearing. Applying TCS for the one-bath soaping of polyester/cotton after cotton dyeing rapidly and markedly removes unfixed dye from the fibre, greatly raising production efficiency and saving energy. It effectively reduces the number of soaping cycles while keeping the colour fastness of the fabric comparable to the conventional process.
