Product Description
Catalase 3000 is refined from superior microbial strains through submerged liquid fermentation and post-treatment processes. Catalase specifically catalyses the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide into oxygen and water. It is widely used in textiles, food, electronics, pulp and paper, and the cosmetics industry, significantly saving water and reducing energy consumption.

- Wide pH range: relatively stable at pH 5.0-10.0, with an optimum working range of pH 6.0-8.0;
- Wide temperature range: effective between 20-60℃, with an optimum range of 30-50℃;

Application & Dosage
In the textile industry, catalase is mainly used to remove residual hydrogen peroxide from fabric after bleaching, shortening the process and saving energy and water. The general recommended addition is 0.3-2 mL/L with a treatment time of 5-30 min; the exact dosage depends on the processing requirements and conditions.
