Product Description
Wet Rubbing Fastness Improver T-1916A is made from a special environmentally friendly polymer material. It is free of formaldehyde, APEO and other harmful substances, and complies with EU environmental standards. Treated fabrics can reach a rating of 3.0-4.0 in testing.
Performance & Benefits
- T-1916A is suitable for improving the wet and dry rubbing fastness of all kinds of denim fabrics.
Application & Dosage
1) Before use, dilute T-1916A thoroughly with 1-3 times its volume of cold water, then add it slowly into the running washing machine.
2) Ensure that desizing and other pretreatments are thoroughly cleaned before use; the fabric pH must be ≤ 7.
3) Exhaustion method: keep pH ≤ 7 during treatment; temperature 20-30℃ (oil stains may occur at higher temperatures); time 10-15 minutes. Do not rinse with clean water after treatment; hydro-extract and dry directly. Drying: ≥ 100℃.
4) Reference dosage: 3-5% (o.w.f.); adjust according to shade depth and the fastness grade required.
Packaging & Storage
Packed in 125 kg blue PE drums or 1,100 kg off-white PE IBC totes; seal and store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 6 months.
