Product Description
V9 Soaping Fastness Eco Fixing Agent for black denim is a new-generation cationic polymer. It is safe, non-toxic, readily soluble in water, non-flammable, strongly cohesive, does not form gels and resists chlorine bleaching. V9 is free of formaldehyde and APEO and meets international environmental standards. On black denim garments submitted for testing, soaping and water-soaking fastness reach 3.5-4.0. V9 has stable performance and gives excellent results on black denim.
Application & Dosage
1) Exhaustion: add V9, no acid, run the machine for 5 minutes at about 45℃, then soak for 10 minutes.
Rinse with clean water. For demanding garments with severe colour bleeding, repeat the treatment once: add V9, no acid, run the machine for 5 minutes at about 45℃, soak for 10 minutes, then rinse with clean water. Afterwards carry out the handle finishing, or apply T-1916A for dry/wet rubbing fastness.
2) Recommended dosage: 2-5% (o.w.f.).
Packaging & Storage
Packed in 125 kg blue PE drums or white PE IBC totes; seal and store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 6 months.
